What your crew get

Less admin on the road. Fewer calls to ops.

Every crew member who joins gets Galley Pro, with your settings already in.

Rosters that update themselves

Connect Leon once and every joined crew member's flights, positionings and duties sync by themselves. The roster stays on the phone offline, in the air and at the hotel.

FTL checked against your scheme

EASA ORO.FTL, UK CAA, EU-OPS Subpart Q, FAA Part 117 or Part 135, with your OM-A limits on top. Each finding cites the paragraph it comes from, so crew spot a problem before they accept a change.

Per diems without the spreadsheet

Your contract rates or the tax scheme, worked out from the roster. Receipts are photographed straight into expenses.

Weather and NOTAMs for every trip

A TAF and METAR heads-up for each airport on the roster, NOTAMs for the trip, and any airport on request when ops call with a new destination.

Positioning flights

Crew find and book positioning flights in Galley. When a flight is billed to your company, the receipt is e-mailed to your ops.

Crew decide when to ask

Galley doesn't report FTL findings to you. Crew can message crewing from the finding when they want to.

Guidance, not your FTL system

Galley helps crew spot problems early. Your approved OM-A, your authority and your rostering system keep the final word.

Questions

What operators ask us

Can we see where our crew are?

No. Operators never see crew locations, check-ins or what they do off duty. You see how many crew have joined, and you manage seats and invoices.

Which FTL schemes does Galley check?

EASA ORO.FTL with CS FTL.1, UK CAA, EU-OPS Subpart Q, FAA Part 117 and Part 135, with your OM-A limits on top. Galley also tells crew, scheme by scheme, what it doesn't check yet.

Our OM-A has its own limits. Can Galley use them?

Yes. Send us your OM-A chapter 7. We set your limits up on top of the authority's rules and go through them with your FTL or compliance person before your crew use them.

Does Galley replace our FTL or crewing system?

No. Galley is guidance for crew, from the regulations and your settings. Your approved OM-A, your authority and your rostering system have the final word.

Are crew hotels really cheaper than Booking.com?

In our check on 5 October 2026, Galley's rates were lower than the public price on Booking.com and Hotels.com on every hotel-night we compared: a median of about 15 % lower, before Galley's margin. Crew pay a crew price below the public price and earn Galley credit. Members of those sites can sometimes see lower prices.

Which rostering systems work?

Leon connects directly for the whole operator. Crew on other systems bring in their roster from a calendar link, roster e-mails or a PDF.

Does the plan pay for itself?

For most operators, yes. At a median crew price of about 8 % under the public price, a €130 room saves about €10 a night, so the €60 a year per crew member is covered after about 6 hotel nights. Whoever pays for the room saves. On top, every crew member on the plan earns 3 % Galley credit on their stays.

What do we pay while you launch?

Nothing. Nothing is charged until you start the plan in the app. Then it is €5 per crew a month, billed yearly, from 10 crew, excluding VAT.
