Good to know

How far is each hotel from the airport?

Every hotel in the results shows its distance in kilometres from the airport you searched.

How does Galley sort the hotels?

“Recommended for crew” puts hotels you can still cancel for free first. Within that, Galley orders them by distance from the airport and by guest review score. What Galley earns on a booking doesn’t count, and no hotel pays to be shown higher.

Can I cancel if the trip changes?

Refundable rates are free to cancel until the time shown before you book. Cancel in Galley, under Travel › My trips.

Who sees crew rates?

Galley members see them. Pilots, cabin crew and business aviation staff sign up free with Google or a code by e-mail, no password. Then you see the crew rate on every hotel.
